FEES

1. COST OF INVESTMENT IN INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION:

PAYMENT METHOD

 

Flexible payment is negotiated between two parties: the payment method may be negotiated depending on customers. It  is proposed as follows:

1st installment: the deposit is 20% of the land rent value right after the land reservation Contract is signed

2nd installment: when the Investment Certificate is received by the Party B or within 30 days after the Land reservation Contract comes into effect/the date of the signed contract (if the Land reservation Contract is not signed) depending on whichever comes first, Party B shall pay Party A 30% of the rent land.

3rd installment: Party B shall pay Party A 45% of the rent land on delivery date
