Main tasks: Supervise and manage the activities of contractors and consultants to supervise, check the progress / plan of project implementation on time, test and hand over works with contractors and consultants. Monitor and report on the progress of the project on a weekly basis.

Request:

- Graduated college / college or intermediate in Construction, Transportation.

- Experienced in the same position.

- Ability to manage, operate, present good & work under high pressure.

2. EMPLOYEES: BUSINESS DEALERS

Main tasks: Find customers to buy land, care & support customers until the purchase of land.

Request:

- Graduated College, Intermediate relevant.

-Negotiation skills, good negotiation, good communication skills (direct and telephone).

Main tasks: 

  • Exchange of legal information of the project with customers.
  • Answer the questions of customers (price, investment policy, payment method, lease term, infrastructure condition of the project, advantages in the project, ...) .
  • Will discuss details of the job interview.

Request:

  • Male / Female, graduated from College - Regular University majoring in Foreign Trade or major in English ...
  • Listening, speaking, writing, fluent in English.
  • Priority is given to candidates with experience working in the field of real estate business or having worked for foreign companies.
  • Have good appearance, good health, have transportation.
  • Be honest, enthusiastic, dynamic, good communication skills and persuasive.
  • Proficient in office computer, Internet
  • Full-time, part-time or collaborative working at the Office of Dong Xoai Industrial Zone III, Tien Hung Commune, Binh Phuoc Province.
